As an experienced Director within the Hospitality Industry, I’ve had the pleasure to serve some of the most sought out, renowned, and 4-diamond properties across breathtaking San Diego, CA.
For over 10 years, I served as a host to people’s most precious moments by serving all aspects of hospitality from Front Office to Housekeeping. At just 23 years old, I became the Front Office Manager at one of the most sought out, renowned, and historical properties in all of San Diego, CA. Here, I learned from the ground up what it took to build successful teams from recruiting my own!
How? By scanning hundreds of resumes, sourcing candidates, conducting hundreds of interviews, and screening candidates from start to finish! I quickly became an advocate for not only employees, but for candidates themselves!
Now, as a newly found small business owner, I desire to build SWAR under the same principle I guided my own teams with, and that is to “Simply START”! Here, I will dedicate my 10-years of experience in hiring and recruiting to help candidates with the #1 thing they dread most to START- A RESUME!
